WHO WE ARE

Crossbridge Africa Foundation is a nonprofit incubator headquartered in Redwood City, California, USA. We are committed to funding nonprofit social enterprises that address critical gaps in food access, healthcare, and digital education across underserved African communities, consistent with our original goals. We ensure that every dollar builds sustainable systems of food access, healthcare, and digital education.

We act as a bridge, connecting African initiatives to international donors and philanthropists, ensuring that grassroots innovation receives the global support it needs to thrive

CROSSBRIDGE AFRICA FOUNDATION

BIRTH OF CROSSBRIDGE AFRICA FOUNDATION

Randy Kemps and his friends in Redwood City, California United State aware of the poor state of life in Nigeria and many African communities, and how lack of fund and technical knowhow cripples so many local efforts that are imperative to effectively combat the social crises in these local communities, typical of the case of Patrick, decided to establish Crossbridge Africa Foundation a Social Enterprise Incubator to empower nonprofit social enterprises in Africa.

Our Mission

Our mission is to promote large-scale and sustainable wellbeing in Africa by funding nonprofit organizations that aspire to our goals and adopt social enterprise models. By enabling nonprofits to generate local revenue, we help them achieve self-reliance, scale their impact, and remain culturally rooted.

Crossbridge serves as a conduit for grants, donor funding, and partnerships, guiding small initiatives into robust organizations capable of transforming communities.

The Problem We Address

Millions in underserved African communities lack reliable access to food, healthcare, and digital education. Traditional DONOR-BASED charity models often struggle to sustain impact. Crossbridge empowers nonprofits to build resilience, sustainability, and locally owned solutions.

Our Model

Crossbridge Africa is a Social Enterprise Incubator. We believe sustainable development begins with local innovation, community ownership, and financial viability. In today’s competitive and unpredictable donor landscape, nonprofits must evolve beyond donor-dependent charity alone. Social enterprise models offer Nonprofits financial resilience, self-reliance, and scalable impact.

Our incubator model equips locally based nonprofits with:

Seed funding

to launch social enterprises

Cross-subsidy frameworks

where paying clients sustain free outreach

Replicable models

that expand from one town to multiple regions

Technical support

for enterprise design and management – Training nonprofit leaders in enterprise management and donor engagement.

Impact dashboards

that attract donors and demonstrate measurable change
